Here’s how our wedding bar service works from the initial consultation to the final drink served:

Step 2: Customized Proposal and Menu Creation

Based on your preferences, we’ll create a customized proposal with options for each of our bar experiences (Beer & Wine, Craft Cocktail, Champagne & Bubbles, and Mocktails). Once approved, we’ll design a curated menu tailored to your event, including drink descriptions, ingredient lists, and any signature cocktails.

Step 3: Pre-Event Coordination

As your wedding day approaches, our team will coordinate directly with your venue and event planner to handle logistics. We arrange everything needed for setup, including power needs, space requirements, and scheduling, to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We begin with a consultation to understand your vision, guest count, wedding location, and any specific preferences you have for the bar. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your theme, desired drinks, and any other unique ideas you want incorporated.

Event Day!

Our team arrives early to set up the bar, ensuring every detail is in place well before guests arrive. We’ll decorate and arrange the bar to suit your aesthetic and make sure all ingredients, glassware, and garnishes are ready.

As the event winds down, we’ll provide a final call for drinks before beginning our cleanup. Our team handles all breakdown and removal, leaving the venue exactly as it was, so you can simply enjoy your send-off.
