Our mobile bar service is designed to elevate weddings, corporate events, and any private party with an upscale bar experience that may include; beer and wine service, a standard bar experience, or a craft cocktail / mocktail experience. We provide professional mixologists, cocktail servers and an upscale bar format that complements any event with style and class. We work closely with you to create a personalized drink menu, including signature cocktails tailored to your tastes and theme. Our staff are skilled in ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience, from the first pour to the last.
How is your service priced?
Our rates are based on the length of time and type of bar service you desire. We offer different pricing based on whether you want beer/wine service, a standard bar experience, or a full craft cocktail or mocktail experience. Does the price include liquor?
Our quoted service fee covers everything except the liquor. We partner with local liquor vendors to make ordering easy. Once we’ve curated a custom list based on your beverage preferences, we will set the order up. All you have to do is call the vendor, reference our account number and your event name, make the payment and we’ll take care of the rest, including pick-up and transport to your venue as well as returning any unwanted booze to the store after the event for a refund.
What's included?
For every 60 guests, we provide one mixologist and one cocktail server and one bar station to ensure high-quality service and minimize wait times. For outdoor events, we bring our one of a kind bar trailer, which brings the complete functionality of an upscale brick and mortar bar right to your event. We will bring any additional bar stations and staff as needed, which is determined by the guest count. We also bring a hydration station with fresh natural flavor infused water dispensers and flavor combinations of your choosing. Of course we also bring our own elegant glassware, mixers, garnishes, ice, napkins, and coasters.
What do I need to supply for the bar service?
Apart from purchasing the liquor, you don’t need to supply anything! Once we are booked with the menu consultation completed and venue walkthrough scheduled you can sit back and relax, we will handle everything from there! We will make your bar experience classy and memorable.
